Hats, IMO, are one of the best accessories there are out there. (Next to sunglasses, of course!) I remember having a hat phase once; I was quite hellbent on collecting as many (hats) as I could. Unfortunately, the weather where I live doesn’t leave much room for hat-wearing. In fact, it gets quite uncomfortable quite quickly. Shame. Still, I think a good hat could very well be key to achieving (a) specific type of look(s). Not to mention, the much needed flair to completing an outfit.

Flare miniskirts are always cute as they remind me of tutus and give a very girlish feel to the look. The thing I despise are the shoes as they are, first and foremost, flats and secondly, studded. If they should be (ballerina) flats, then they should be pale pink or nude. Although, if it were up to me, I’d pair it with nude five/six-inch pumps or ankle boots with white socks (frills optional). As for the bracelets, I would drop the spike-studded one and go with a chunky clean bangle bracelet. The other two are fine. Overall, an outfit that’s quite a staple for me.  Versatile for both night and day.

What a stellar outfit combination! Nude + black = TIMELESS. My most favourite element is the blazer. Throw it on for a formal meeting or take it off for evening-time chic.

I’m the biggest fan of monochrome. I’ve usually only seen the side panels black so I think that white side panels on the dress is nice for a change. I love how she’s wearing a red lip to complete the look. My only dislike is that the front portion of the dress appears to be longer in the front(?) I’m really not a fan of asymmetry.
